Toastmasters clubs provide a non threatening, positive, supportive and fun learning environment in which members develop their communication and leadership skills.  If you work at  City of Mississauga, Trillium Health Partners Hospitals or study/alumni to Sheridan College, go and visit Toastmasters club within your organization. If you are a community resident, visit one of the two Community clubs (Fellowship Toastmasters - meet Monday evening 6:45pm or Soar to Excellence - meet Saturday afternoon 1-3pm). Both Community clubs achieved President Distinguish Toastmasters award last year, which is the highest performance award among toastmasters clubs. You will be surprised at how much fun you will experience and how much inspiration you will get from fellow members.

Message from Area 95 Director

The mission of a Toastmasters Club is to provide a mutually supportive and positive learning environment in which every individual member has the opportunity to develop oral communication and leadership skills, which in turn foster self-confidence and personal growth.

Confidence is beautiful, no matter your size, nor your weight. Be confident in who you are and you’ll be beautiful.

Never let your fear decide your fate.

Its not distance that keep people apart, but lack of communication.

So to summarise, you can gain more confidence, kill your fears, communicate effectively and without knowing what happened you have gained qualities of becoming a great ‘leader’.

To be inspired is great, to inspire is incredible. Your one stop destination on how to do it, is not far away.
