Panelists:
Richard E. Peck, DTM, PID

One of the essential elements of any effective Toastmasters or Public meeting or event is the formality that is exhibited by the toastmaster or persons who are chairing or hosting the meeting or event. Want to be more effective? Members will learn the importance of using and practicing the protocol in the Toastmasters environment and in the greater public realm. Ralph Smedley's vision was to give us the communication and leadership skills we needed to succeed in our lives, our careers and in our community pursuits. Practicing these protocols will go a long way in making you comfortable in future leadership roles both inside and outside of Toastmasters. If you want to do big things in your life you have to start by doing the little things as if they are big.
