Members Fuel Toastmasters

 Target Audience: Established clubs at charter strength or above

Description:  Once a month, one club that is at or above charter strength (20 member or more) will be drawn at random to receive a gift card for a local gas station.  The value of the card will be $5 for every 5 members at the end of the month.  Ie 20 -24 members equals  a $20 card and $25-29 members equals a $25 card.   The card can be given to any member of the club using criteria the club chooses.

Club Membership Building Contests Challenge

Target Audience: Established Clubs

Description: Add 5 new, dual or reinstated members during any of the three Toastmasters Membership Campaign and win for your club.

  1. Smedley Award (August 1st - September 30th)
  2. Talk up Toastmasters (February 1st - March 31st) 
  3. Beat the Clock (May 1st - June 30th)

Start Date: July1, 2019

End Date: June 30, 2020

Award: Receive $25 Toastmasters Gift Certificate per Award

If club win 2 award campaigns, they get an additional $25 Bonus Certificate (total: $75), and if they win all 3 campaigns, club wins an additional $50 Bonus Certificate (total: $125)!

Club Open House Challenge

Target Audience: Established Clubs

Description: Hold two or more Open Houses; add 5 new/dual/reinstated members between Jul 1, 2019 & Jun 30, 2020 from guests attending, complete the term with 20+ members and provide supporting documentation*

Start Date: July 1, 2019

End Date: June 30, 2020

Award: Receive $50 Toastmasters Gift Certificate

Packet Club Open Ho­use Challenge

Target Audience: Established Clubs

Description: Hold 3 Open Houses between Apr 1 & Jun 30 and provide an electronic copy of your Guest Packages given to guests and supporting documentation*

Start Date: July 1, 2019

End Date: June 30, 2020bag

Award: Computer Messenger Bag to carry your Guest Packages

Adopt A Club

Target Audience: Established Clubs

Description: Any club that adopts a strugglling club (defined as 15 or less members and not having been distinguished for 3 or more years) and helps it to charter strength (20 or more members). The Adoption can be filed with the Club Growth Director and requires the approval of both clubs executive committees.

Start Date: July 1, 2019

End Date: June 30, 2020

Reward: $50 Gift certifiacte for a party for both clubs

 

Membership Retention

 

Target Audience: Established Clubs

Description: Any club that renews 75% of its members at either the fall or spring renewal period

Start Date:  September, 2019

End Date: April 1, 2020

Reward: Certificate of Recognition for 75 at either renewal period.  90% or better during both renewal period, the club will receive their choioce of a new banner or a banner stand.

Guide The Way

Target Audience: Club Coaches and Mentors

Description:Any Club Coach or Mentor who guides their club to distinguished or better in the 2019/2020 toastmaster year

Start Date:  July1, 2019

End Date: June 30, 2020
