Daniel Lewis is the funky- bowtie wearing founder of the modern, award winning tea company T By Daniel Inc. His crazy outlook on business and his Willy Wonka inspired retail tactics have garnered him and his company nation-wide recognition and many awards and honours such as 2016 Business Excellence Award and 2017 Top 40 Under 40 Entrepreneurs. Daniel's success with his retail tea brand have even landed him a new exciting title as 1 of 3 Global Entrepreneurship Week Ambassadors for Canada and also paved the way for him to launch DanielSpeaks.Ca, his official public speaking platform where he shares his story and his "outside of the box perspectives" with audiences all across North America.

MADAN CHAUHAN ACG, ALB Madan has been a member of Toastmasters since April 2010. He has used his Toastmasters’ skills to help both youth and seniors find their voice. In the past 5 years he has sponsored 2 Gavel Clubs and helped seniors from “PCHS Seniors” keep their mind active and memory sharp by encouraging them to do speeches once a week. |

CAROLYN HOXIE DTM Carolyn Hoxie, Distinguished Toastmaster, Past District 86 Director is being recognized for her voluntary contributions in a multitude of community projects, including her latest initiative - Legacy Hall Project Chair, a $2.5 million dollar expansion of Cave Springs Camp. Legacy Hall will be a year round community retreat space that is fully accessible and inclusive. Cave Springs is the only camp in the Niagara Region that integrates disabled children into its regular programs including overnight camps. Cave Springs Camp currently serves over 3500 school aged children in addition to serving other community group’s needs.Because of Carolyn’s persuasive and negotiation skills, the project broke ground last Fall. |

DAVID LOZOWSKY ACS, ALB David has been a member of Toastmasters since June 2010. He has used his Toastmasters skills to help couples rekindle their love for each other. Since 2004, David and his wife, Mary, have been volunteering with Retrouvaille an international community dedicated to healing and renewing the convenant of marriage. David and his wife travel all over Ontario and part of the United States to help reduce the number of first marriages that end up in divorce. |
Richard Peck, DTM, of Seymour, Connecticut, is a senior member of the Network Support division at AT&T, where he has worked for over 30 years. As a project manager, he leads cross-functional teams on several multi-million dollar technology projects throughout the year. His responsibilities also include updating technical and training documents and providing project analysis and solutions.
He earned an MBA in international business at the University of Texas at Dallas. Peck is a certified project management professional by the Project Management Institute. His volunteer work includes serving as club president and lieutenant governor for Kiwanis International as well as serving in various capacities with the Catholic War Veterans. He also enjoys traveling, photography and studying world cultures.
A Toastmaster for 11 years, Peck has been a member of his home club, Nutmeg in Woodbridge, Connecticut, since 2006. He has held a number of high-profile leadership positions within Toastmasters, and has attained the Distinguished Toastmaster designation—the highest level of educational achievement in the organization
He says, “To me, Toastmasters is about making a positive, life-changing impact on individuals throughout the world.”
As an officer of the Toastmasters International Board of Directors, Peck is a “working ambassador” for the organization. He works with the Board to develop, support and modify the policies and procedures that guide Toastmasters International in fulfilling its mission.

Since 2006 Steve has won several speaking awards nationally and internationally both inside and outside of Toastmasters including the coveted 1st Place Toastmasters International District 60 Speech Competition Title held in Toronto, Ontario (2007 Champion). Steve has also challenged himself in other forms of public speaking including workshop facilitation and stand- up comedy.In 2013 Steve graduated from exclusive World Class Speaker Coach Training Program run by one of his mentors - President of the Communications Factory and 1999 World Champion of Public Speaking Craig Valentine. Since then Steve has been facilitating workshops, keynote speaking and coaching individuals to become powerful confident presenters

Margaret McIntosh, CC, CLMargaret has been a Grimsby Toastmasters member since January 2016. She was quickly launched into leadership roles being President (Acting first year) and Vice President of Public Relations simultaneously for two years in succession. Grimsby Toastmasters takes great pride in the success of club promotion, increased membership, and well attended open houses.
